Rigid heddle weaving pattern, Happy Fibonnaci Towels, PDF digital download, rigid heddle loom, kitchen towels
Please note - this is a PDF pattern, not a finished item.
You have heard that hand woven towels are superior, now it's time to find out! These happy, colourful towels will look great in your kitchen and perform beautifully as well.
The colour sequence is inspired by the Fibonnaci mathematical sequence and I designed these for fun weaving!
The pattern is for weaving on a rigid heddle loom 19 inches or wider.
You will also need a 12 or 12.5 dent reed, a stick shuttle and a pick up stick approximately 2 inches longer than the project.
This pattern is suitable for beginners but I do recommend you have at least one easy project under your belt before attempting this. Beginners will find it challenging and fun, and the more experienced will find it fun.
The pattern also assumes that you are familiar with warping and weaving on a rigid heddle loom.
Woven with 8/2 cotton, which is readily available online or at weaving supply stores.
The printable PDF file is 9 pages long and included instructions, colour charts and lots of colour photos to ensure your success.
I also have two Youtube channels with many free or low cost videos to help you on your weaving journey. Links are included in the pattern.
