This project is designed for those who are familiar with the basics of machine knitting. You should understand how to use your own knitting machine. If you are an absolute beginner, I recommend that you knit some samples and get to know your machine a little before attempting this project.

This pattern is written using my standard gauge Singer 323 knitting machine, however it is adaptable to other machines, there will just be some small differences.

What you will need to complete this project:

* A flatbed knitting machine in working condition
* Tools for your machine (transfer tool, latch hook)
* Blocking tools such as foam blocking mats and blocking pins
* Tapestry needle

Techniques include in this pattern:

* Stockinette stitch
* Increasing
* Decreasing
* Binding off

Exact yarn details are included within the pattern, but you can use a yarn that is best suited to your machine.
